The Village of Caledonia and Caledonia Utility District want to replace the water and sewer lines, and replace the road on Birch Creek Lane Road.
Tony Bunkelman, assistant engineer for the village, told the village board that the next step in the process is to start the design work so that a public information meeting can be held with the neighbors.
