A group of investors from Singapore has purchased the Racine Centre on Washington Avenue for $9.3 million, the Milwaukee Business Journal reported Monday.
The strip center is anchored by Malicki’s Piggly Wiggly grocery store and Xperience Fitness. A handful of smaller enterprises – Party City, Dollar Tree, Super China Buffet – are also located there.
According to the MBJ story, Racine Centre has a total of 135,827 square feet of building space and is about 93 percent occupied.Â
This is the second investment in Southeast Wisconsin for the investment group; the first is located in Waukesha.
