Fitch owned Everette’s Pub, 9825 Kraut Road, in Franksville. But, there will not be a funeral. Rather there will be a party with a lot of story telling, according to his daughter Melissa Fitch Marry’s Facebook post.

“Everette loved this bar and loved all of you that came here,” wrote Fitch Marry. “He loved shooting the sh*t, playing horseshoes, playing pool. People would come to him for advice on everything from real estate to their love lives and he would give his opinion.”

When Fitch got sick, Melissa would got to the bar to “feel the love” people had for her dad.

“It honestly made things easier for me knowing how many lives my dad touched and the love that people have for him,” she wrote.

Melissa said she was planning a party, one that didn’t include tears, per her dad’s request. The party is being tentatively planned for April 16, but they will post more details on the Everette’s Pub Facebook page.
