Help support Community Oriented Policing at the first of what organizers hope will be an annual Peacefest event.

Peacefest is organized by community members to bring people together for an afternoon that promotes community and togetherness while benefitting the Racine Police Department’s Community Oriented Policing program.

The event features live music, a DJ, face painting, K9 officer partners and officers from area agencies, food and even more fun, Peacefest is designed by the community for the community.

2014 Racine Peacefest is being held Sunday, August 24th from noon to 4 p.m. at Quarry Park, 3800 Northwestern Avenue. Admission is free, and food is available for purchase at the event.
