Racine Police Department officers are asking for the public’s help identifying two suspected armed robbers who held up Family Dollar, 2300 Rapids Drive, on Dec. 8.
Witnesses told police that two Hispanic men entered the store armed with handguns. They pointed the firearms at employees and demanded they open the cash register. No one was injured.
Witnesses described the men:
Suspect 1
–Hispanic male
–Approximately 30-40 years old
–Between 180-200 pounds
–Approximately 5’8- 5’10 tall
–Wearing black Yankees baseball hat, a red coat, and a black mask
Suspect 2
–Hispanic male
–18-25 years old
–Weighing approximately 160-180 pounds
–Approximately 5’6- 5’8 tall’
–Wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt, and dark colored jeans
