A man was charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and manufacturing/delivering heroin by the Racine County District Attorney’s Office on Wednesday.
Scott Boll, 35, of Caledonia, was charged after another Caledonia man overdosed from the heroin, which Boll allegedly delivered to Jeff Exner, 34, of Caledonia, and Shawn Pulda, 28, of Caledonia, according to a criminal complaint by the Racine County District Attorney’s Office.
If convicted of both charges, Bill faces up to 25 years in prison and fines up to $50,000. Exner and Pulda were charged with drug charges.
