Racine County Eye will wake up Thursday to bitterly cold temperatures … again … and we’re under a wind chill advisory … again. Sigh.

WISN 12 News is reporting that wind chills will dip as low as 30 below in some areas. Here in eastern Racine County, we could see wind chills that reach between 20 and 30 below zero.

The wind chill begins at 3 a.m. and ends at noon.
