Picture 6Residents living in Wind Point and Caledonia will see their sewer bill increase to $123 per residential equivalent unit starting March 15.

According to officials with the Village of Caledonia, the 3.1 percent increase is a pass through cost because they contract with the City of Racine for sewer services. The sewer agreement was signed in 2002, which requires both villages to pay for a portion of the sewer treatment costs and facility upgrades.

Per REU, residents will pay $1.33 more.
