Could Regency Mall Be More of a Lifestyle Center?

Could Regency Mall be revitalized by adding more dining and entertainment options so it functions as more of a “lifestyle center?”

CBL & Associates, owners of Regency, are selling 21 of its shopping malls, according to a story in the Milwaukee Business Journal.

The company hasn’t announced if Regency is included in that list. The manager of Brookfield Square – another CBL property – said lifestyle centers generally include more dining and entertainment options than the average mall.
