The Mount Pleasant Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding Joshua Carver.
Carver, 29, of Kenosha, is wanted for questioning in connection with a drug case from last October that began as a loose dog call in the 3500 block Sheridan Road. Officers were forced to shoot and kill the dog in question after it charged them.
Investigators obtained a search warrant for the home where the dog is believed to have lived. Police “recovered drugs and a significant amount of drug related equipment,” according to a press release from MPPD at the time of the original incident.
Mount Pleasant police Sgt. Eric Relich confirmed for Racine County Eye Monday that Carver is wanted for questioning and that he has an active probation-and-parole warrant as well.
Joshua Carver is described as:
- White male
- 5’10” and about 152 pounds
- Brown hairs and brown eyes
- Tattoos on his right arm, left shoulder and calf
- Pierced tongue and lower lip
