Over 40 properties valued at just over $8 million sold between Oct. 13 through Oct. 17, according to the Racine County Property Transfers list.
Akil Ajmeri, who owns Ayra’s gas station and Subway located at 1130 Washington Ave. in Racine, sold the property for $1.5 million. He initially paid $1.2 million to construct the buildings, which opened in January.
