A 30-year-old Kenosha woman was not injured in a one-car rollover crash that happened at 6:13 a.m. Friday, March 20 on Highway 38 at Manor Avenue, said Lt. Gary Larsen, of the Caledonia Police Department.
The woman was driving a 2002 Pontiac Montana northbound on Highway 38 when she swerved to avoid hitting a large box in the middle of the road. She lost control over the vehicle, entered the media and went into the ditch.
“The vehicle tipped over onto the passenger side,” Larsen said.
The Pontiac was towed away and the county highway department removed the large box. Caledonia Police don’t know where the box came from.
The woman was cited for not having insurance.
