Six Case High School students earned top honors at the Junior Achievement Business Challenge held last week at the iMeT center at Gateway Technical College in Sturtevant.

The business challenge has teams of students operating their own, virtual business, giving them total management control over market share, sales and profit.

These students earned honors in Division II:

  • Ben Gravunder and Sierra Kramer – 1st Place
  • Quino LeDesma and Kyle Swiggett – 4th Place

One team placed in Division III:

  • Rosemary Garcia and Arely Garcia – 5th place

“Through this simulation, students are being equipped with skills they need to make headway in the world as their minds become alive and wrestle with some of the same decisions business professionals encounter,” said Case teacher Keith Wartzenluft.
