Of those properties, 15 of them were in Caledonia. Typically Racine has the most property sales. In Waterford, the Aurora Healthcare building located at 818 Forrest Lane sold for $7.25 million to American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust II, Inc.
Of the 46 properties, five sold for more than $250,000, 27 sold for $250,000 but more than $100,000, and 14 sold for less than $100,00.
