LolliHawsRUSDReferendumVideoLolli Haws, superintendent of the Racine Unified School District, will speak at the Business Ideas Exchange luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 14 at John’s Dock, 303 Dodge St.

The business networking group is open to local business owners/operators and groups to share resources. The event is free. Lunch is encouraged, but at your own discretion.

“Based off the discussion direction from our meeting with Jim Ladwig of RAMAC, BIX guests had quite a bit of interest in the direction of the school system’s technical and trade programs,” according to the group’s Facebook page. “To further the discussion, and encourage involvement from area businesses, we’ve invited Dr. Haws out to discuss the programs and connect with area businesses.”

The event begins with social time and placing lunch orders at 11:30 a.m. Guest speakers begin after a short introduction at noon.
