Just under $10 million in property changed hands in Racine County from April 20 through April 24, according to Racine County property transfer records.
Here are the highlights:
Taqueria La Mexicana, 1336 State St., in Racine, sold the building for $180,000 to Ricardo Carranza, of Palantine Ill.
Racine Broadcasting LLC, which owned WRJN, completed the sale of its building at 4201 Victory Ave. for $400,000 after the building and business was sold to Magnum Communications.
Grainger Industrial Supply, 3711 S. Memorial Dr., sold for $610,000. We’re still trying to confirm who bought it though and have a question into the Racine County Deeds Office. We’ll update this story when we get the information.
