Sturtevant trustees Tuesday unanimously approved a liquor license for the Marcus Renaissance Theater, clearing the way for a Take Five Lounge to be added to the lobby of the cinema.
Despite some push-back on the Racine County Eye Facebook page, the meeting was not attended by anyone who expressed any concerns.
In an email to Racine County Eye Wednesday, Marcus spokesperson Mari Randa said it was too soon to talk about a potential opening date and said she’d have a better idea in the coming weeks.
“Now that we have the approval from yesterday, the appropriate planning and timelines will be put into place,” she wrote.
