Several accused drug dealers are behind bars after an executed search warrant Tuesday turned up almost 1,200 grams of cocaine, over 400 grams of marijuana, a gun and a lot of cash.

Racine County Court Commissioner John Bjelajac Thursday assigned $10 million bonds to Rodolfo Rebollar and Faviel Gonzalez-Sanchez and a $1 million cash bond to Reynoldo Alvarez-Rebollar during what should have been the defendants’ initial appearances.

Rebollar, 59, Sanchez and Alvarez-Rebollar, both 37, all of Racine, will be formally charged Friday with dealing cocaine and marijuana out of their 20th Street home. Specifically, they are each facing one felony count each of possession with the intent to deliver cocaine – more than 40 grams; possession with the intent to deliver marijuana – more than 200 grams; and maintaining a drug trafficking place. If convicted, they will likely spend most of the rest of their lives behind bars; the cocaine possession charge alone carries a sentence of 40 years and a fine of up to $100,000.

According to the criminal complaint, Racine police Tuesday executed a search warrant on a silver Honda Accord when they initiated a traffic stop after the vehicle left Rebollar’s residence. When they searched the defendant, they found a plastic bag in his pants pocket containing 255.4 grams of cocaine and another baggie in his shirt pocket with 2.8 grams of cocaine inside.

Officers say when they arrived at the 20th Street home, they found additional quantities of cocaine and marijuana:

  • 249.4g cocaine in a kitchen cabinet
  • 332.8g cocaine in the refrigerator
  • 288.4g cocaine in a coffee can under the sink
  • 29.7g cocaine on the kitchen table
  • 1.4g cocaine loose on the microwave
  • 402.5g marijuana in the refrigerator

A .38 caliber handgun was found in a bedroom and undisclosed quantities of cash were found throughout the house.

All of the defendants remain in the Racine County Jail. Sanchez and Rebollar are also being held on Immigration Customs Enforcement holds from the U.S. Department of Immigration and Naturalization. Rebollar has a special notation that ICE should be notified of release as far in advance as possible.
