Kids… do you think you’ve got talent?
Well here’s your chance to show off that talent at the Racine’s Got Talent Show, which will be held 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 10 at the Dr. John Bryant Center, 601 21st Street.
The first ever children’s talent show will feature 20 acts performed by children ages 6 through 18.
“Here at Rapcine we have been doing the best we can to impact the community in a positive way via music,” said Jay Novel, editor of Rapcine.com. “We have now partnered with multiple individuals in the community who share the same vision and mirror our aspirations.”
Performances need to be family friendly and profanity free. A panel of judges will evaluate the performances. The top two scores will receive a trophy. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin.
Donated baked goods and drinks to the talent show are being sought as a table will be set up to sell the items. Canned good donations will also be accepted for donations, which will be given to a local charity.
If interested, print out the application form and send it to email@example.com.
Entrance into the event will cost $3 per person. Children eight years old and under are free.
