Caledonia-police-statioThe Equal Rights Division of the Department of Workforce Development determined that allegations made by a long-time cop against that the Caledonia Police Department for discriminated were unfounded, according to a story by the Journal Times.

Caledonia police Sgt. Robert Kittel filed a complaint in September against the command staff in his department alleging that age discrimination is behind a recent demotion and negative job performance review. Named in the complaint are Chief Toby Schey, Capt. Dan Warren, and Lt. Brian Wall.

However, the Equal Rights Division determined that the department had no probably cause to believe that the Caledonia Police Department violated the Wisconsin Fair Employment Law, according to the Journal Times.
