Here are a few highlights:
- An apartment building, 341 E. Market St. in Burlington, owned by Oconomowoc-based Manzana Properties LLC sold for $920,000 to Burlington-based Gryphon Enterprises LLC.
- A retail strip mall, 7115 Durand Ave., owned by Pewaukee-based Mount Pleasant Commerce Center LLC, was sold for $1.97 million to Minnesota-based Durand CRE LLC.
- The last remaining apartment building on Anthony Lane, the former Jacato Drive, was sold to Kinzie Racine LLP for $540,000.
