_DSC0858O’Reilly Auto Parts Inc. is building a new store at 3022 Douglas Avenue, the former site of a Jiffy Lube location.

The Jiffy Lube building was knocked down last week. An employee said once the new O’Reilly Auto Parts store is built, the store at 2118 Rapids Dr. near the old Pick’N Save plans to relocate there. Roundy’s Supermarkets Inc., which owned the Pick’n Save store at 2210 Rapids Drive, shut their doors on June 27.

According to state records, CID III LLC sold the building through a sheriff’s sale to Milwaukee-based Legacy Bank in 2010. Phillip Campbell then bought the property and sold it to O’Reilly Auto Parts in December for $325,000.
