Just over $11.5 million in property changed hands between Sept. 7 through Sept. 11 in Racine County, according to the transfer records.
The list included a former funeral home, the Chancery Restaurant, and a storage facility.
Terry and Joan Boone of Illinois sold Stow-away Storage Facility, 1744 Grange Ave., to Red Dot Storage 28 (Racine) LLC for $1.575 million.
Wauwatosa-based P&J Holdings LLC sold the Chancery Restaurant, 217 Gaslight Point, sold to Harbourwalk Restaurant LLC for $790,000.
The former Kasuboski & Haas Funeral Home, 1435 Douglas Ave., sold on a land contract to Rizkkaa LLC for $75,000.
