September is a GREAT time to experience Racine County, including Party on the Pavement.Between the rides, carnival games, live entertainment, shopping, car show and sports zone — the 13th annual Party on the Pavement promises a ton of fun.

The event will be held from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday in downtown Racine.
