Gov. Scott WalkerGovernor Scott Walker has decided that a presidential bid is not in the cards for him, according to a story by MSNBC and the New York Times.

The New York Times is reporting that Walker will formally make the announcement at 6 p.m. Monday in Madison.

Sources told the New York Times reporter that Walker’s decision stemmed from not having enough money and he made the decision “not to limp into Iowa.”

He has lost financial supporters after not doing well in several key polls.
