UPDATE 11:20 a.m.: Investigators have learned the location of where the bomb threat was made from.

A source told the Racine County Eye that the call may have originated at a pay phone.

Original story: The Racine County Courthouse, 730 Wisconsin Ave., has been evacuated and shutdown following a bomb threat that was made at 8:27 a.m. Monday.

Racine County Sheriff’s deputies and investigators are on scene doing a search of the building and working on finding out who made the threat.

All areas of the courthouse are closed until 1 p.m.

However, more information is expected to be released to the media. We’ll keep you posted on updates.
