Angelo Armijo-RoblesA Racine teenager is charged as adult with burglary, theft and other crimes, after police report he was seen breaking into a home on Nov. 10.

Angelo D. Armijo-Robles, 16, is accused of going into a home in the 1900 block of Grange Avenue about 12:20 p.m. Nov. 10. Someone who saw him and others kick in a door of the home called police, according to the criminal complaint.

Officers were sent to the area, and saw suspects leaving the home’s driveway. The suspects fled on foot, and officers chased them. Police found backpacks along the suspects’ flight path, and eventually took two people into custody.

Armijo-Robles made his initial appearance on the charges this week. A 17-year-old boy, Romulin J. Huizar-Borforth, was charged in November.

The homeowners came home while officers were present, and confirmed that items police found were things that should have been inside their house.
