Crowds of people heading to see the Christmas lights at Jellystone Park, 8425 State Road Highway 38, caused a traffic jam at about 7 p.m. Saturday, according to officials with the Caledonia Police Department.
Officers warned that traffic was heavy along Highway 38 near 7 Mile Road and the Milwaukee County Line If you are headed out to see them Saturday night, officers recommend using Nicholson Road or County Trunk Highway V to avoid the area.
Officers worked in the area to manage traffic and are asking people to be cautious if traveling in the area.
