In what appears to be a bundle sale, Milwaukee-area investment firm BCP MDG, LLC has purchased seven Racine properties for a single price.
According to the list of Racine County property transfers, Mark and Monica Esch recently sold parcels in several city neighborhoods to BCP MDG, LLC for a total price of $105,000. A Google search indicates BCP is located in Wauwatosa and is both an investment firm and a tax preparation outfit. The properties that changed hands as part of this transaction include homes in the 1800 block of Mead Street, the 1200 block of Geneva Street and the 1000 block of Birch Street.
The total amount in bought and sold properties for the week of Dec. 14 – 18, 2015, is almost $1.7 million.
