Racine police are searching for the suspects responsible for shooting two people at a tavern.
Officers responded at 1:38 a.m. to RoJo’s Tavern, 1317 Yout Street, for a report of a person who was shot in the chest. About 20 minutes later, they got a report of a 21-year-old man who was shot in the leg at RoJo’s tavern.
Both victims were transported to Wheaton Franciscan St. Mary’s for treatment. The man who was shot in the leg was then transported to the Racine County Jail for outstanding warrants.
The major crimes unit is investigating both incidents, and police are interesting in following any leads available.
