About $14 million in property changed hands between Jan. 4 through Jan. 8, according to Racine County property transfer records.
Of the 65 properties, here are the highlights:
- Illinois-based Marquette Distributors LLC sold 922 Sixth St., a commercial building on 2.6 acres to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Racine for $1 million.
- As part of a merger, the Sherwin-Williams Co. transferred ownership of the Sherwin-Williams store, 6229 Washington Ave., to the Sherwin-Williams Development Corp. for $442,700.
- True Life Church sold its church, 9605 Spring St., to Kenosha-based Great Lakes Church for $2.85 million.
- An apartment complex at 3045 86th St. owned by Heritage Courts Apartments Complex Partnership LLP was sold to CRG Properties LLC for $1.5 million.
- LSREF3 Sapphire2 LLC sold its commercial building located at 410 Main St. to PW Partners Inc. for $167,500. The four-story building is currently empty.
