Just under 60 properties changed hands between Feb. 1 through Feb. 5, according to the Racine County property transfer records.
Here are the highlights:
- GIS Rolling LLC, the company that owns the old Sam’s Club at 6200 Regency West Dr., sold the building to Welbic III Racine 6200 LLC, a company related to GIS Rolling LLC, for $3.185 million.
- Holy Communion Lutheran Church, which owned Good Shepard Lutheran Church at 5040 Northwestern Ave., sold the church to Hope Community Church, Racine Inc. for $235,000.
- A Texas couple, who owned three acres at 10120 Washington Ave., sold the property to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints for $285,000. We have phone calls into Wheaton and the Village of Mount Pleasant to find out more about this.
