With the number of reported coyote sightings increasing, Mount Pleasant police and the state Department of Natural Resources will host an urban coyote information meeting at 6 p.m. Feb. 29.

Wildlife Biologists Dianne Robinson and Martinus Johnson from the DNR and Conservation Officer Brad Latza will make a presentation about coyote behavior and how to deal with them in urban areas followed by a Q&A with residents.
