A Public Hearing occurred concerning special assessments for Cynthia Lane. The majority of residents were positive concerning the proposed water main extension project. There was an estimated cost of $13,900 per resident without regard to frontage distance of each resident.
Three people spoke both for and against. An email was also read into the record.
