Beverly I. Shufelt, 75, passed away Monday at Wheaton Franciscan – All Saints Medical Center. Born in Milwaukee, WI, June 12, 1941, she was daughter of the late Clarence and Elsie (Nee: Redick) Scherbarth.
She was a graduate of Bayview High School “Class of 1959”. Throughout her working career she was employed for many years by Woolworth and retired from Pick ‘n Save. More than anything she cherished time spent with her family and friends.
She will be dearly missed by her children, Dennis (Debbie) Shufelt, David (Heidi) Shufelt, Carrie (Ken) Dow; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Adam, and Taylor Shufelt, Seth, Ava, Tesa, and Ginger Shufelt, Carly Dow; sister, Carol Scherbarth; other relatives and dear friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Friday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Memorials to the American Heart Association or to the American Diabetes Association have been suggested.
