Mount Pleasant Assisted Living Facilities Sold
Racine Commons Assisted Living Facilities, 8500-8600 Corporate Drive, was sold to Racine Health Holdings LLC, Mission Viejo California, for $6.6 million.
Racine-based Lincoln Villas Redevelopment LLC sold Lincoln Villas, a 6.2 acre parcel and building at 5810 Lincoln Village Drive, to South Dakota-based Mount Pleasant Good Samaritan Housing LLC for $3.6 million.
CBL & Associates sells off more properties around mall
The Applebees building, owned by Chattanooga Tennessee-based Racine Joint Venture II LLC, was sold to Waukesha-based WHG Door County LLC for $2.67 million.
Racine Joint Venture II LLC, which owns the building Burger King located at 5400 Durand Ave., was sold to California-based John Walter Connolly Trust, for $1.25 million.
CBL & Associates Properties owns Racine Joint Venture II LLC. CBL & Associates, parent company of the Regency Mall, finalized its real estate deal with Hull Property Group of Augusta, GA, for $32.25 million on Dec. 19.
