Scott A. Jacobson, age 56, passed away Sunday at Ascension All Saints Hospital. Scott was born in Racine, January 25, 1961. He was last working at Summit Packaging. Scott enjoyed fishing on the lake and was an avid Packer fan.
Survivors include his dear Aunt Doris Jacobson “Auntie”; his children, Nicole Jacobson, Michelle Jacobson (Ryan DeGroot); his five grandchildren, Devin, Kiara, and Royce Wilson, Collin and Katelyn DeGroot; special friend, Roberta Adjemian; dear friends, Trent and Sheila Sheets and his 2 Sheets family; brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Adrian Jacobson.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday 6 p.m at Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home, 803 Main Street. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Thursday at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m.
