De'Pizza ChefA Racine man is charged with selling narcotics out of the De’Pizza Chef restaurant in downtown Racine.

The Racine County Sheriff’s Department Metro Drug Unit used a confidential informant to buy the prescription pills from Edward Bilotto, 44, on five occasions since late April at the pizza shop at 235 Main St., according to a criminal complaint.

If convicted of all charges, Bilotto faces up to 90 years six months in prison and/or fined up to $230,000.

Bilotto sold percocet, adderall and xanax to the informant. He’s charged with six counts of delivering a schedule I or II narcotic, delivering schedule IV drugs and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

A preliminary hearing has been set for 8:30 a.m. June 14 in front of Racine County Court Commissioner Alice Rudebusch.
