Almost 80 properties totaling $16.2 million changed hands in Racine County between June 5 through June 9, according to the Racine County Clerk of Deeds.
Real estate highlights:
Fritz’s of Racine, 4234 Douglas Ave., was sold to Kroes Holdings LLC, which is owned by Ronald Kroes, for $277,000.
Sonny Havn sold one acre of land and commercial buildings at 4305 South Green Bay Road to Pleasant Prairie-based Wellspring Enterprises LLC, a counseling center, for $201,000.
All Saints Medical Center Inc. sold a one-acre parcel that has a single-family home at 227 Indiana St. to Nicholas Gabbey for $165,000.
Waukesha State Bank sold a commercial property at 835 Wisconsin Avenue to Racine-based Arza LLC, which is owned by Attorney Michael Bannon, for $120,000.
Katherine Remington, of Racine, sold a commercial building at 613 6th Street to James Wasley, of Milwaukee, for $85,000.
The Jennifer C. Johnson Survivors Trust sold 3801 Lighthouse Drive to William Huffaker, of Michigan, for $900,000. Huffaker is the vice president of talent and diversity at SC Johnson.
Racine-based Delirium Destinations LLC sold 1707 Spring Place to U.S. Bank for $18,000 in a Sheriff’s Sale.
