After over 130 law enforcement and fire officials searched to find 59-year-old Lynn Rickard, she remains missing as of Wednesday afternoon.

Rickard, who has been missing for four days, has a mental illness and is dependent on oxygen. Likely naked, she left her home in the early Sunday morning. She was last seen walking through a field about a half mile from her home near Shoen Road, Highway 75 near Dover.

In a massive search that involved law enforcement and fire officials from as far as Dousman, Menominee Falls, Fontana, Whitewater and the City of Delevan, their efforts have been unsuccessful, according to a press release by the Racine County Sheriff’s Department.

“We have now entered day four of our nonstop search for Lynn,” said Sheriff Christopher Schmaling. “Although we remain cautiously optimistic and hopeful, as every hour passes I am becoming more and more concerned about the outcome. The Racine County Sheriff’s Office is committed to trying to bring some closure to Lynn Rickard’s family.”

According to a story by Fox 6 News, Rickard was on Xanax, but had recently been taken off the medication and had been hospitalized.

“Three days in the hospital and she was just a different woman. Paranoid,” John Rickard said.

If anyone sees Lynn, please contact the Racine County Sheriff’s Department at (262) 886-2300.
