Marcus Lee Webb, 31, of Racine, told officers he was only selling crack-cocaine to provide for and, “Make his children happy,” according to a criminal complaint.
When officers searched the house, there were two adults, one of them Webb, and five children.
Officers found 6.2 grams of marijuana and 7.4 grams crack-cocaine in the home. Police also found a digital scale and numerous plastic baggies.
