Almost $10 million in property changed hands between Sept. 11 and 15, according to Racine County property transfer records.
The Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District bought 6808 Elderberry Road from Oshkosh-based Midwest Homes of Wisconsin Inc. for $39,900. The purchase was for .4 acres of land.
Missouri-based Cosmic Corner LLC bought the Red Moon Building, 335 Main St., from Gary and Deborah Call for $207,000. Red Moon is going into the former EyeOpenerz building at 334 Main St. That building sold this summer to a new owner. Ken Brown, owner of EyeOpenerz, closed this summer. He plans to re-open in another location at 411 Main St. this fall.
