About $12 million in property sold between Sept. 25 through Sept. 29, according to Racine County property transfer records.
Real estate sold
- Owned by Lincoln Lutheran, the former Becker Shoop Rehabilitation and Memory Care Center, 6101 16th St., was sold to ABP Enterprises LLC, 2054 Kearny Ave., for $325,000. ABP Enterprises is owned by Parit Patel, who also operates Christiano’s Supermarket. Becker Shoop closed in June and the residents were moved to Ridgewood Care Center. We’ll be following up with Patel this week to find out what he plans to do with the property.
- Three acres of land located at 4310 County Line Road in Mount Pleasant was sold to Tres Hijos LLC, of Racine, for $35,000.
- Almost Home Academy Realty LLC, of Kenosha, purchased one acre of land on Airline Road in Moun Pleasant for $89,900. Owners Jamie and Dee Brands, who own Almost Home Academy II, plan to build a child care center there.
- All Saints Medical Center sold a home located at 1000 North Osbourne Boulevard to Alfonso Gomez for $135,000.
