Caledonia Village President Bob Bradley resigned from his position, effective Nov. 6.

He told the Caledonia Village Board at its meeting Monday night. He did not give a reason for the resignation.

Bradley served as a village trustee from 2006 through 2011. He was then re-elected in 2013 but as village president.

He also served on the Racine Park & Recreation Commission; Water Environmental Association; Waste Water Operation Association; Technical; Advisory Committee for Wastewater; Village Caledonia Personnel Committee; Village Caledonia Public Works Committee; Village Caledonia License & Legislative Committee; Village Caledonia Liaison to Utility District; President Caledonia Utility District.

Because Bradley resigned before Dec. 1, the Village Board can appoint a person to serve as an interim village president until the spring election in April.

We’ll update this story when we get more information.
