- Mount Pleasant-based I-94 Properties LLC, owned by Dennis Porcaro, sold 15 acres of land and buildings to Racine-based 2118 North Sylvania LLC for $850,000. Porcaro owns Freeway Auto Salvage. 2118 North Sylvania LLC is owned by Robert Gleason, who owns Gleason Roll-Off & Recycling Inc.
