Christine M. Donahue, 69, passed away on Tuesday at Willowcrest Care Center in South Milwaukee, following a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Christine was born in Racine on August 19, 1948, and was the daughter of the late Edward and Ada (Nee: D’Acquisto) Scheuerman.
Christine was a graduate of Washington Park High School “Class of 1967.” On June 28, 1969 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church she was united in marriage to Michael J. Donahue. In her younger years she was employed by Acme Die Casting and lastly at Voorlas Manufacturing. She volunteered for many years with the Racine Raiders. Above all she enjoyed traveling with her husband and her time spent with her family, especially with her nieces and nephews.
She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of forty-eight years, Michael; her sisters, Laurie (Gary) Mahnke, Pat (John) Coulter; three nephews, great nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends.
Private family services will be held.
