Almost $12 million in property changed hands between Dec. 11 through Dec. 15, according to the Racine County Register of Deeds.
Here are the highlights:
The Village of Mount Pleasant purchased the first two properties for the Foxconn project, an electronics manufacturer that wants to build a 20 million-square-foot manufacturing facility. We’ll be adding to this map weekly.
Over 200 parcels are expected to be purchased by the Village of Mount Pleasant and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The Village entered into a developer’s agreement with Foxconn last month. Per that agreement, the LCD manufacturer deposited $60 million to buy the property for the project.

Pyramid Management Group Inc., of Mount Pleasant, sold a commercial building and land at 19116 Spring St. to Burlington-based SCB Investments 19116 LLC, of Burlington, for $452,000. SCB then sold the property to BJJ LLC, of Racine, for $530,000. The registered agent for BJJ LLC is Jeffery Brodek, an attorney in Racine.
