Caledonia-based Bear Country Holdings LLC purchased 109 acres of land and 41 acres on Seven Mile Road from the Muskego-based Harold and Carol DeBack Revocable Trust for $3 million. The LLC operates Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort, which plans to increase in size.
Mount Pleasant-based McRae Investment Property LLC bought the Lakeside Family Therapy Services, 4810 Northwestern Ave., for $450,000.
Racine-based MAP Sixth Street purchased the former Main, Marine, & Ski Inc. at 1101 North Main St. for $170,000.
Jeffrey and Leslie A Hrouda purchased a building that used to house the Schwartz, Tofte and Nielsen Law Firm at 704 Park Ave. for $155,000.
