A 33-year-old Caledonia man is facing charges of possession of child pornography after law enforcement officials served a warrant on his home.
Timothy J. Johnson was arrested and taken into custody Tuesday on multiple counts of possession of child pornography and possession of drug paraphernalia. The investigations was handled by the Racine County Criminal Investigations Bureau, Internet Crimes Against Children Division and the Caledonia Police Department.
No charges have officially been filed against Johnson by the Racine County District Attorney’s Office.
While officials were conducting a search of Johnson’s home, a small child was also found and taken into custody of Racine County Child Protective Services.
