Almost $16 million in property transfers happened between June 4 through June 8, and $17 million changed hands between June 11 and June 14, according to the Racine County property transfer records.
Here are the highlights:
Caledonia
Randall and Peggy Larson, of Racine, sold Manor Hall, 4344 Douglas Avenue, to 1897 Holdings LLC for $230,000.
Ron and Carole Last, of Mount Pleasant, sold a one-acre parcel of land on Douglas Avenue to Racine-based Larson Investment Properties Inc. for $50,000. The investment firm then transferred ownership to Caledonia-based 1897 Holdings LLC.
The Larson’s had planned to put a restaurant into the building.
Mount Pleasant
The Village of Mount Pleasant is continuing to acquire land for the first phase of Foxconn Technology Group’s 22-million square foot manufacturing campus.
The Foxconn campus will include multiple buildings totaling 22 million square feet on a 1,000-acre parcel. The project is expected to generate $31 million per year in new property tax revenue, which is expected to pay for all of the public improvements and development costs incurred by the tax increment district.

The total project investment for the building project is $764 million, which is funded by Foxconn through TIF-related payments. This includes $168 million for land acquisition, of which Foxconn is paying $60 million to complete the land purchase. The company plans to make Thin Film Transistors (TFTs), which help improve the image quality of Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) for the electronics industry.
- Peter Falk, 12141 Durand Ave., sold a one-acre property with a single-family home to the Village of Mount Pleasant for $400,000.
- The George and Vellabe Creuziger trust sold one-acre of land and a single-family home to the Village of Mount Pleasant for $525,000.
- Frederick Falk, 12127 Durand Ave., sold one-acre of land and a single-family home to the Village of Mount Pleasant for $409,000.
Lacrosse-based Kwik Trip Inc. transferred the ownership of a gas station at 13330 Washington Avenue to Milwaukee-based 13330WA LLC for $1.2 million.
Racine
Racine-based R&R Innovative Investments Inc., sold a commercial property in uptown Racine at 1322-1324 Washington Avenue to Milwaukee-based Comrge Properties LLC for $85,000.
Columbus, Ohio-based National Church Residences of Racine, WI is entering into a partnership with Mount Pleasant Manor Senior Housing Limited Partnership for $1.555 million on Mount Pleasant Manor, 2250 Layard Avenue.
